How do you use Kookaburra?-

Suggestion - I would highly recommend using Wash for polar fleece. It is amazing - the fleece comes out soft and silky - it pills less - smells great - and picks up less fuzz. It has even revived one of my old beat up polar fleece vests - it now looks better than when I purchased it!
Thank you for keeping this product line available - I wish you great business success.
Let me know about the Power scent.

I absolutely love Kookaburra Wash for cleaning my sheepskin lined saddle pads. The sheepskin comes out soft, supple and looking like new again. And they smell good too. Thanks for making such a great product!

Your product is fantastic! Why isn't it sold in stores, such as Whole Foods or Safeway? Well, thanks for the great service,
John

It's one of the few products that give real value for the money. Delicate and Wash have definitely added life to my inner and outer garments, including pricey workout clothes. I only recently tried Power, which has become my all-purpose cleaner for everything from countertops to floors. It is far more effective than other "green" cleaners and, like all the other Kookaburra products, leaves a light, pleasing scent.

At first glance, I was surprised to see how small the bottle was for the price. When I realized that it is very concentrated, and how clever the bottle is for measuring, I perked up.
Once I used it (both in the hand wash setting in my washing machine and in the sink for some really special hand-woven shawls) I fell in love with the smell, the hand feel, and how gorgeous my woolens were after they dried. Some of the Indian shawls were actually a bit scratchy before, and then very soft and fluffy after washing /drying which I was not expecting to see.
I am thrilled with the product and now want to look at what other home or personal products you make.

I love Kookaburra Wash. I use it on all of our sheets, towels and all of my husband's clothes (and, of course, on my hand knitted garments.) My husband has extremely sensitive skin and Kookaburra Wash works better than any other laundry detergent I have tried including the detergents for sensitive skin.

I just love your products. I have a lot of wool cycling clothes that I use Kookaburra Wash on. It is so gentle and smells great. I bought the Delicate for my 22 month old grandson's stuff, he has allergies and washing his sheets, blankets and clothes in the Delicate has helped him a lot. I will be buying more soon. I enjoy being able to buy the larger 1 gallon size

I ordered Kookaburra Wash for cleaning several sheep and lambskins we use and have loved the job it did, but what a surprise to find out what an incredible stain remover it is. My three year old son literally poured grape juice down the front of a new white shirt. I used the Wash full strength on the area and washed normally. The stain is completely gone. I now use a touch in almost every load and find it superior to every thing I have ever tried for mud, chocolate, red wine and tomato sauce. And it smells great.
Good on you.

Kookaburra Power
I received Kookaburra Power from a friend. She gave it to me with instructions to use 1/2 oz in a 22oz spray bottle with water (I loved the smell so I added a bit extra). I used the mixture to clean my bathroom. When I finished cleaning I was pleased to have the smell of a spa rather than that of a public lavatory,

Kookaburra is the best wash I've found, and I recommend it to everyone.  I wash all of our sheets, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, and down blankets in it.  It gets them clean, leaves them soft, and no one is allergic to it.
I wash all of my kids' stuffed animals and dollies in it, as it's the only product I've found that can get rid of pee smells or any other smells and stains for even "surface wash only" item.  Not only that, but it gets them amazingly clean and safe to play and sleep with again.
I am a knitter and knitting teacher, and I always tell all of my students to only wash their hand knits in Kookaburra.  It's the safest product for hand knits I've found, and it gets them very, very clean.  Even after being washed in another product, Kookaburra got out more dirt and softened my socks up better than I'd ever seen them.  I never wash my sweaters or any hand knits in anything else.
I'm so glad I can get it by the gallon here!  I'll definitely be calling for more, as I go through quite a bit.  It's even good for my hubby's clothes, as he's a doctor and wears home some pretty icky stuff, so his clothes will get washed in Kookaburra as soon as it gets here.
Thank you for such a great product!!!

Thanks for the Woolwash!  Those of us who are devotes of your product know it is great for use on so many things, and I have found yet another.  It is amazing in a Bissell steam cleaner on carpets!  The carpet in my front room had been looking pretty rough - it was dirty, my old dog had an accident, and it was matted down from too much soap when the landlord had it cleaned.  I was in need of some serious help and willing to try just about anything.  I had an feeling that it would be perfect for the job and I was right (I love it when a plan comes together!).  The Woolwash cleaned it so well that the carpet fibers are now soft, clean and stand in a nice, thick pile.  It even took the smell of "sick, old dog" right out!
Cheers! Suzanne

I have been using this Kookaburra Wash in place of the Eucalan for about 3 months now and I truly love it. I am completely behind the use of Tea Tree Oil for its natural properties and use it in many other capacities besides diapering. The usage is about the same as the Eucalan, but I find it much easier to use and it doesn't get thick like the Eucalan can. (My Eucalan bottle has a huge mass of lanolin at the bottom and it's almost impossible to pour) The Kookaburra comes in a small 2 oz bottle and a large 16 oz bottle with a very helpful measuring chamber (unfortunately we are currently out of this larger bottle).

I should want to let you know that I used your shampoo to wash some shearling coats (one with fox collar and scuffs which were used). Once dried, the fox fur had recovered his fluffy...
Really fantastic product.
So I decided to wash a raccoon jacket, and obtained the same great result !
Really I never could imagine that it was so usable...
I did the first time on a 20 years old sheepskin shearling from EVANS bought at a very low price, having it cleaned in France would have cost me 3 times the price I paid it. So I decided to use the shampoo, which I had bought for my sheepskin saddle pads, having nothing to lose.
I am going to order a gallon of it, because I have many other furs to clean.
All my congratulations for this unique product!
Best wishes.

I have used Murphy's oil soap on my hardwood floors for years. I always followed the washing with a light wax to pick up the residue left by Murphy's. I tried your Kookaburra Power on my floors and followed it with the wax. The residue I was trying pick up wasn't there.  Then I put the Power in my pressure washer and washed my exterior windows followed by a water rinse and a squeegee. The windows looked great!

The Best Wash we've ever used! Kookaburra Wash does it all, its lanolin rich formula gentle cleans every natural fiber we have tried. From your Bowron Lambskins and fleece to wool sweaters and rayon skirts and silk blouses. Plus, the tea tree oil freshens and sanitizes, without degrading fibers.
We used Kookaburra Wash for over 2 years ,trying it on everything we could think of and watching the long-term results (and softer, cleaner fleece and clothing!)  We enthusiastically offer it to you our customers. We think you'll be as pleased as we are! We have found that a 16 oz bottle of Kookaburra provides about 4 months of washing delicate clothing and Bowron Lambskins and Sheepskin rugs. Your results may vary but a little goes a long way.

Thank you very much. We are grateful to you and your product. It is the only product that cleaned our clothes after a major fire, soot and smell.

Kookaburra Wash is a very serendipitous product for me; I have always used and suggested a hair shampoo to wash wool sweaters, etc to keep the lanolin in our yarn. The intriguing name Kookaburra caused me to check your website where I learned enough to know I needed to try this wool wash. My test was on 2 of our very old barn knit vests; as carefully as these had been washed over a number of years, they had lost the
soft feel of our fine wool yarn. This wool wash totally renewed them. Customers in the shop have handled them and agree.
Kookaburra Wash is water based and completely biodegradable and contains tea tree oil. I think you will be as pleased as I am with this product.

Great product a little goes a long way; my jerseys smell great and are nice and soft. Wishing you much success,

I got my package today; I couldn't believe how great my Emu boots turned out! This was the first time in 2 years I washed them this winter they got covered in salt stains, ALL gone with your Kookaburra Wash and they look like new. Thank goodness I found you folks you saved me a lot of hassle and searching for the right product! Emus and Ugg boots should really promote your product.
Cheers.

I have been using your Wash on my recuperating dog's sheepskin orthopedic doggie bed. And it works great. My husband is allergic to many things and I have started washing his clothes in Kookaburra too.
No reactions from husband.

I did my first trial test today with the Scour concentrate. I put 4 lbs of fleece into warm water (just for the test-I usually use hot water). Added 4 ounces of Scour and plunged intermittently for 30 minutes. I spun the water off, rinsed twice (it was very sandy fleece) and it came out perfect. No grease or tacky feeling , nice , white , soft! 100% acceptable. This was a surprise to me because I usually do a pre-rinse in HOT water to remove the grease and to aid the wash a second time! I  was amazed at the successful attempt on the first try and relieved, that I have finally found a good no nonsense product.

Thank you! I love Kookaburra. I am treating all my sweaters and other knitted things to a luxurious bath this spring.

Thank you. My daughter introduced me to Kookaburra Wash last year. I used it mainly because I like the smell it gives the garments and blankets I have knitted. I would like to note how easy it was to order from your site and the speedy delivery was much appreciated.

Kookaburra Scour is FANTASTIC! It's very economical as a little goes a long way and the measuring pour on the container and along the side is very helpful.
I've recommended your product to my spinning friends and a group, and I will put up a recommendation on my blog. Apparently, folks are still using some type of dish detergent (like Ivory Soap), which doesn't work well on fleeces such as Merino, and others that are heavy in lanolin. Your product cuts the scouring time in half! Great if you're an urban spinner (in other words, I don't have hours to do multiple baths, nor do I have access to a top loading washing machine; to partially dry fleece, I use a salad spinner --- for fleece only.)
